The Program Development Manager will report to the Director of Temperature Solutions and will work in the company’s Temperature Solutions Center of Excellence in the greater Nashville area (La Vergne, TN)   The Cold Chain Program Development Manager / Product Design Engineer will research trends related to pharmaceutical distribution and work with laboratory personnel to design and qualify cold chain innovative packaging solutions. We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to assist with plant start-up projects, as well as lead Maintenance for the new plant. The plant will open later this year and we will fill the Maintenance Supervisor position as soon as we find the right leader to serve in the role.   The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for effectively and safely managing all industrial maintenance technicians, adhering to budget and the continuous improvement process. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will efficiently maintain production machinery, as well as manage maintenance of the production facility, utilities, and grounds in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures. The start-up of the new plant will also be supported by the company’s Project Management team.   The Operations Manager / Plant Manager reports to the company’s Vice President of Operations and provides leadership in the strategic and operational activities of the location to ensure that key initiatives and financial performance metrics are achieved.   The Operations Manager / Plant Manager will have six directly reporting employees, including HR & Environmental Health and Safety Manager, Quality Manager, Customer Service Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, and two Production Supervisors.
