The Quality Control Inspector position inspects incoming materials, parts, and supplies used in the manufacturing of products. The quality control inspector also checks parts during the manufacturing process in accordance with work instructions.   Key duties include: - Performing job duties in a safe manner - Working with management and team members, develops process work instructions for production - Testing incoming materials, parts, and supplies - Testing parts throughout the manufacturing process - Performing final inspections of all products to assure products meets established specifications prior to shipment using gauges, scales, and vision prior to shipment - Generating spreadsheets for data collection and recording data - Reconciling final inspection documentation for shipments - Maintaining required data in company's MRP system - Interacting frequently with other quality inspectors, production team members and management regarding inspection processes and potential defects - Communicating with team member and management regarding non-conforming products and participating in the identification of root causes for defects - Maintaining safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations - Complete/participate in any and all PPS activities as directed by Supervisors - Other duties as assigned by supervisor

**This is a Dayshift Position**   Drivers will be home every day and no overnight routes. Most deliveries are within 10 miles of the facility. May have an occasional trip to other EFP Facilities  (Evansville, IN or Decatur, AL) Responsible for movement and transportation of raw materials and finished goods on trailers, to and from vendors and customers.   DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Fully understand how to operate and safely maneuver assigned vehicle - Ensure contents are secured properly - Bobtail to the customer to retrieve empty trailer(s) - Deliver finished goods to customer locations in quality condition - Safely move all trailers on site to requested destinations - Communicates location of empty trailers on site and at customer locations - Ensure all paperwork is signed, completed properly and returned to the correct parties involved - Maintain and log mileage and on the road time - Perform vehicle inspections prior to and after each trip - Follow delivery schedule set forth by Production Manager or Operations Manager - Make safety a top priority at all times

The Maintenance Technician / Mechanic performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment.   Duties and essential job functions include the following: - Installs, troubleshoots, maintains and repairs plant equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, steam-operated circuits, Electrical 24v to 480v 3 phase, and machinery - Develops, performs and maintains a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and systems - Installs and moves equipment and systems using forklifts, hoists, etc. - Troubleshoots sources of equipment problems by observing mechanical and electrical equipment and component devices in the operation; uses precision measuring and testing instruments; etc. (will not perform any electrical repairs) - Inspects used parts to ensure safe production - Repairs and replaces defective parts - Follows the lock out/tag out program - Records all repairs and maintenance activities - Completes monthly EHS inspections - Serves as 5S Facilitator, implementing the 5S Disciplines throughout the plant including monthly 5S audits - Performs the duties to maintain our EPS recycling program which includes operating the EPS grinder and stacking compressed EPS for shipping. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the recycling area - Maintains the maintenance shop with cleanliness and organization, consistent with 5S standard - Be willing to help production needs when deemed necessary by the production supervisor
